Local summer foodie favorite Taste of Downtown returns June 20 to Carson City - Carson Now

Taste of Downtown, Carson City’s annual summer foodie favorite, returns June 20 as Advocates to End Domestic Violence’s (AEDV) signature fundraiser. The downtown street festival features more than 30 food vendors and live music, with tastings from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. and bands performing until 10:00 p.m. Tickets are $45 online through June 19 and $50 at the door. AEDV, founded in 1979, uses proceeds to support emergency shelter and services for survivors in northern Nevada, making the event a major annual fundraiser for the nonprofit.
