Isle of Man TT qualifying delivered drama as riders prepared for Sunday's races, even as tragedy hung over the event. The week was shadowed by the death of racer Daniel Ingham and several other incidents that left competitors hospitalised, while eight spectators were treated after Monday's practice session. Two sidecar incidents led to the removal of that class from the remainder of the schedule. With racing called off on Saturday, Sunday's six-lap Superbike race will open the program. Dean Harrison, on a Honda Fireblade, dominated qualifying across the Superbike, Superstock, and Senior categories, with speeds of 133.925 mph, 134.877 mph, and a best of 135.484 mph.
