Police investigating fatal motorcycle crash

Police in Brookfield, Ohio, are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash at the Route 82 and Warner Road intersection. The incident occurred around 1 p.m. on May 30 in Brookfield Township, Trumbull County. William H. Price, 68, of Hubbard, rode a 2024 Harley‑Davidson Street Glide, while Mary K. Cook, 64, of Brookfield, drove a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Cook failed to yield at the stop sign, causing Price to strike the Jeep's left side. Price was transported to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, where he later died. Cook was treated and released. Authorities say alcohol and drug impairment are not factors, and the crash remains under investigation.
