Ram 1500 TRX SRT Opens Orders at $99,995: 777 HP Undercuts Raptor R by Nearly $11K
Ram’s most powerful gas half-ton, the 2027 Ram 1500 SRT TRX, opens orders on June 22, 2026, starting at $99,995 before destination charges, bringing 777 horsepower to the segment. Ram says deliveries to dealers will begin this summer. The price positions the TRX SRT just under the six-figure threshold and, against the Ford F-150 Raptor R, undercuts it by nearly $11,000 even though the Ford’s starting price is $110,930 plus a $2,795 destination fee. The TRX SRT also claims 57 more horsepower and 40 lb-ft more torque. For performance branding, Ram revives its Street and Racing Technology (SRT) badge for the first time on a truck since the 2006 Ram SRT-10, tied to Stellantis performance leadership under Tim Kuniskis. Mechanically, it uses a revised 6.2-liter supercharged HEMI V8 producing 777 hp and 680 lb-ft, paired with an eight-speed automatic, active four-wheel drive, and a BorgWarner 48-13 transfer case.
