Skyworks Is Still Up 31% This Year: Is SWKS Stock Topping Out and Breaking Down?
Skyworks Solutions’ stock is up 31% year to date, but the shares have hit their first major test since closing its Qorvo merger last Oct. 5. The company’s stock recently traded at $81.19, down 5% on the day, after falling to $72.86 right after earnings on Nov. 3. That pullback is now raising the question of whether the rally is stalling or merely pausing as the merger story plays out. For Q4 FY2026, Skyworks reported revenue of $1.05 billion (down 5% year over year) with adjusted EPS of $1.28, in line with expectations. It guided Q1 FY2027 to revenue midpoint of $1.85 billion and adjusted EPS midpoint of $1.25, both below Wall Street’s $1.99 billion and $1.57 estimates. Analysts pointed to smartphone exposure, smartphone demand concerns, and rising inventory.
