Rhode Island’s priciest home sale for the week of Sep. 26 topped $3.5 million, according to a Warren Group LLC roundup of transactions in RI and nearby Massachusetts. A Middletown property on Wolcott Avenue sold for $3,550,000, offering 2,847 square feet of living space on a 7,841-square-foot lot. On Block Island, a home on Corn Neck sold for $3,350,000, and another Atlantic Avenue listing in Westerly also reached $3,350,000. The report also includes a mix of single-family and condo transfers across communities including Attleboro, Barrington, and Bristol.
