Woman, 21, dies after two-vehicle crash in Hawthorn Hill

A 21-year-old woman died after a two-vehicle crash in Hawthorn Hill near Maidenhead on Saturday, Thames Valley Police (TVP) said. Officers said the woman was driving a black Renault Twingo when it collided with a grey Ford Transit at about 08:40 BST. Her next of kin have been informed, and specially trained officers have offered support. TVP Sgt Mark Gawthrop said police are particularly keen to speak with motorists who may have seen the crash but left before officers arrived. Investigators did not provide details on the cause or other circumstances in the statement.
