Xiaomi Confirms 18 Pro Launches Tomorrow: Dual 200MP Leica Cameras, Largest-Ever Flagship Battery

Xiaomi confirmed that the Xiaomi 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max will launch in China on September 23 at 7 p.m. local time, less than 24 hours after the announcement. The company highlighted a “world’s first” dual 200MP Leica camera system on a flagship phone, and for the Pro Max an 8,500mAh battery using silicon‑carbon anode technology. Xiaomi also says both models will run on Qualcomm’s first 2nm processor platform, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 family, with the 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro expected as the headline chip. Xiaomi is scheduling its reveal to land right after Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Summit 2026 keynote in Maui (Sept. 22–24).
