BBC Radio 4 - Sunday Worship, Coventry Cathedral - Peace I leave with you

Coventry Cathedral will broadcast a Sunday Worship service marking a “special service of Reconciliation.” Canon Nitano Muller welcomes the audience, with Bishop Sophie Jelley of Coventry delivering the sermon. The cathedral choir—made up of girl choristers and lay clerks from surrounding areas—sings under Acting Director of Music Joe Watson, while Liam Condon plays the organ. The liturgy includes a Litany of Reconciliation asking God to forgive hatred between nations, races and classes, greed, envy, indifference to vulnerable groups, and pride. A collect for reconciliation asks for pardon and peace through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Scripture is read from 2 Corinthians 5:17–20, framing believers as ambassadors of reconciliation.
