Big shows returning this fall -- The Rings of Power, Black Doves, Dexter, and more

This fall’s release slate brings multiple major series back between late October and late November across Prime Video, Paramount+, Netflix, and HBO Max. The preview focuses on five returning shows, arranged in order of when episodes become available. Amazon’s The Terminal List returns with Season 2 on October 21, with all eight episodes dropping at once. Starring Chris Pratt as Navy SEAL James Reece, the season expands a conspiracy involving the CIA, Moscow, and the past of his family. The list also highlights Dexter: Resurrection, Season 2 on Paramount+, which picks up after events in Dexter: New Blood and moves the story to New York City, setting Dexter against killers tied to both legacy and modern tech.
