Billionaire heiress and TV star husband swindled close friend out of $2M in sneaky real estate scam: suit

A lawsuit alleges that former “Rich Kids of Beverly Hills” star Brendan Fitzpatrick, and his billionaire heiress wife Chloe, swindled a close friend out of $2 million through a real estate scheme in the UK. The suit says Fitzpatrick, 37, begged Max Jan Fowles-Pazdro for a loan to fund a property deposit, pledging to start repayment within six weeks. Instead, the lawsuit claims no repayments were made for two years. It also alleges Fitzpatrick and his wife continued living in luxury, including social media posts of a Mediterranean yacht trip. According to court filings, additional funds and guarantees followed in January 2025, including a claimed £10.5 million loan guarantee and an added demand for €1.3 million. The plaintiff seeks repayment, interest and attorney fees, while Fitzpatrick faces other litigation.
