Borsa Italiana announces suspension of OPS eCom shares

Borsa Italiana has announced the suspension of OPS eCom SpA shares, according to the notice. OPS Ecom SpA is described as an Italy-based company operating in television broadcasting, with activities divided into four business lines. These include Ibox Digital as the group’s digital core, Ibox Distribution for online distribution and management of client-brand stocks, Giglio Media, which produces multimedia content across approximately 130 digital platforms globally, and M-Three Satcom, an Italian provider of services and solutions for radio and TV broadcasting. The group’s content is also distributed in China across multiple television and web platforms dedicated to Italian lifestyle programming. The company operates through subsidiaries such as M-Three SatCom Srl and Giglio USA, overseeing business in North America, with brands including Music Box, Yacht & Sail, Play me, Acqua, and Nautical Channel.
