BTI, Bridge Investment's Hollywood Bread Building lands $109M refi as big-loan binge rolls on
xCruzo Brief
BTI Partners and Bridge Investment Group secured a $109.2 million refinancing for Hollywood’s Bread Building, capping a run of large loans in South Florida. Completed last year, the 25-story, 362-unit property was refinanced with a Freddie Mac loan provided through Greystone, arranged by Cushman & Wakefield. The debt features a 35-year amortization schedule and interest-only payments for the full loan term. The building, at 1770 South Young Circle, replaced the former Hollywood Bread Company headquarters and sits next to the 10-acre ArtsPark at Young Circle. It is fully leased, with monthly rents reportedly ranging from $2,171 to $4,565, and includes 17,000 square feet of retail plus 478 parking spaces.
