Dwayne Johnson Transforms Into an Elderly Man on Set for New Role

Dwayne Johnson looked barely recognizable on a Brooklyn set for Benny Safdie’s upcoming film Lizard Music, undergoing a dramatic makeover to portray an elderly man. The 54-year-old Moana star was pictured with a stooped walk and grey hair visible under a beige bucket hat. He wore a tan trench coat over a blue shirt and tie while filming outdoors alongside child actor Theo Clark Leber. Photos showed them carrying oversized slices of pizza, and Leber also held a plush lizard. The movie, set for release next year, follows a young boy who forms a friendship with a “peculiar man with an elderly chicken,” according to its synopsis.
