Graham Elliot's Fort Worth Restaurant Group Is Finally Coming to Dallas - cravedfw

Chef Graham Elliot is bringing his Far Out Hospitality group to Dallas, moving beyond its Fort Worth base across the Trinity River for the first time since he joined in 2023. The opening centers on Pacific Table, a seafood concept with locations in Fort Worth and Southlake, featuring sushi flown in daily from Hawaii and a raw bar. A new Pacific Table is planned inside a downtown Dallas apartment tower at 405 N. Ervay St. Elliot’s Texas track record includes shaping Le Margot, ranked No. 2 Best New Restaurant in Texas for 2024 by Texas Monthly, and helping expand Cowboy Prime, which is adding a second Fort Worth location. In parallel, chefs Carla Pellegrino and Brandon Hurtado also announced Dallas-area openings.
