'Grand Theft Auto VI' Preview Is Coming to Netflix

Netflix will host an “extended look” preview of Grand Theft Auto VI for subscribers later this month. The streaming service announced that the special premiere is scheduled for August 27 at 3PM ET, exclusively for Netflix members. The preview arrives ahead of the game’s planned fall release, which Rockstar has still not fully pinned down beyond that window. GTA VI has been in development since 2022 and has faced multiple delays. Netflix’s VP of Nonfiction Series, Brandon Riegg, said GTA reveals have become cultural moments, highlighting the partnership with Rockstar to debut the next chapter first for Netflix members. The game launches on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19.
