Heated Rivalry,' 'Industry' and 'Widow's Bay' Lead 2026 TCA Awards Nominations

The 2026 TCA Awards nominations spotlight a crowded field of outstanding television, with Heated Rivalry, Industry, and Widow's Bay each leading with five nominations. Close behind are Hacks, The Pitt, and Pluribus with four nominations apiece, while The Comeback, Margo's Got Money Troubles, and Shrinking each earned three. The Television Critics Association expanded to 14 categories this year, adding Outstanding Achievement in Animation and Outstanding Achievement in International Series. TCA president Andy Dehnart praised members for a year of diligent watching, reporting, and discussion that produced a varied and high-caliber set of nominees despite industry contractions. The lineup spans programs, comedies, dramas, movies/miniseries, and new categories, with nominations across Apple TV+, HBO Max, ABC, CBS, Crave, Netflix and more.
