Rising NBC stars share sweet moments at NBC100 kickoff

NBC’s 100th anniversary celebration got a New York City boost Wednesday, Sept. 23, at The Paley Museum. NBC100 Presents: TV’s Next Generation was held to kick off the new NBC100: A Century Together exhibit, with a red carpet and a panel moderated by NBC News correspondent Joe Fryer. Five rising NBC stars discussed how they landed at the network, what’s happening in new and returning shows, and what it means to be part of the network’s next chapter. Each also received an onstage surprise message from a castmate, including Mekki Leeper, Mary Shalaby, Taylor Bloom, Brandon Larracuente and Precious Way. The exhibit runs across three floors and includes 75-plus costumes and artifacts.
