Six
SIX the Musical continues its West End run at the Vaudeville Theatre, positioning itself as a pop-style concert spectacle built around the six wives of Henry VIII. The Tony Award-winning show turns Catherine of Aragon, Anne Boleyn, Jane Seymour, Anna of Cleves, Katherine Howard and Catherine Parr into competing “pop princesses,” delivering an 80-minute, no-interval performance with original songs and staging designed for a concert atmosphere. The creators, Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, launched the production at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2017 before it moved to the West End at the Vaudeville Theatre. The show has since expanded internationally, including productions in New York and Sydney, and it has won two Tony Awards. Casting for the London company includes Adrianne Langley, Marisha Morgan, Jessica Aubrey, Freya Karlettis and Leesa Tulley among others. It has developed a fanbase through viral soundtracks and audience participation.
