The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued an urgent recall for more than 1,800 children’s toys sold on Amazon due to lead-poisoning risk. The recall targets Lontcs Busy Board toys sold between May 2024 and July 2026, saying they contain lead levels above federal safety standards. The toys include a wooden board with a metal handle and multiple attachments, such as a black plastic buckle with cream straps, a zipper, metal latch, caster wheel, doorbell, lock with keys, a music box with crank, and a duck puzzle, plus an abacus with white, red and tan beads and a white fidget spinner. No injuries are reported. Consumers are told to stop using the toys, request a refund, and destroy them by unscrewing components and marking the board “RECALLED,” then email a photo of the destroyed toy to lontcs@163.com.
