Agenus Announces Three BOT+BAL Presentations Spanning Neoadjuvant and Late-Line Colorectal Cancer and Advanced Sarcomas at ESMO 2026
Agenus (Nasdaq: AGEN) announced that three investigator-sponsored posters evaluating botensilimab plus balstilimab (BOT+BAL) were accepted for presentation at ESMO Congress 2026. The congress runs October 23–27, 2026, in Madrid, Spain. The company says the abstracts cover neoadjuvant colorectal cancer, refractory metastatic colorectal cancer with deficient mismatch repair and refractory MSS/pMMR settings, and advanced sarcomas. One poster, NEOASIS, will share updated data in mismatch repair-deficient (dMMR) colorectal cancer from a neoadjuvant cohort, while another, ROBBIN, is described as biologically distinct from dMMR. Additional posters will present real-world data from investigator-led studies in heavily pretreated patients. Agenus frames the program as part of continued interest in BOT+BAL across disease settings and tumor types, and it provides background on botensilimab’s design and prior trial experience, noting around 1,300 treated patients in phase 1 and phase 2 studies.
