Cosmos Health Inc. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Cana Laboratories has received new contract manufacturing orders totaling 253,657 units for a range of medicines and other pharmaceutical products. The orders come from Nassington and Verisfield and cover Gritse oral solutions at 0.4 mg/ml in 150 ml bottles, Gritse forte solutions at 2 mg/ml and 4 mg/ml in 50 ml bottles, Fungofort cutaneous spray and solution (30 ml), Paco-4 tablets (250+250+65+35 mg), dexamethasone 2 mg/5 ml in 50 ml and 150 ml bottles, and Foproct rectal cream (1% + 1.5%). Cosmos Health trades as COSM on NASDAQ; Cana Laboratories is licensed under EU GMP and EMA-certified, with operations in Greece and the UK. CEO Greg Siokas framed the orders as evidence of demand for Cana's contract manufacturing capabilities and the strength of Cosmos Health's vertically integrated platform, noting that deepening relationships with established partners across a broad product range supports long-term shareholder value. Cosmos Health owns proprietary brands such as Sky Premium Life, Mediterranation, bio-bebe, C-Sept and C-Scrub, and distributes through subsidiaries in Greece and the UK. The company pursues R&D in obesity, diabetes and cancer, aided by AI drug repurposing, and has expanded into telehealth via ZipDoctor, with European GMP-compliant facilities and plans to broaden Europe, Asia and North America from offices in Thessaloniki, Athens and Harlow.
