Crinetics' Atumelnant Demonstrates Positive Phase 2 CAH And Phase 1b/2a Cushing's Data; Stock Up

Crinetics presented Phase 2 data for Atumelnant in Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH) from the TouCAHn trial. Phase 1b/2a results in ACTH-dependent Cushing's syndrome showed rapid cortisol and UFC reductions after a 10-day dosing period. In Cohort 4, the mean morning A4 fell by 67%, and most participants achieved physiologic glucocorticoid dosing. Atumelnant was generally well tolerated with no treatment-related severe adverse events reported to date. Phase 1b/2a noted mild to moderate adverse events consistent with adrenal insufficiency. Crinetics plans further ENDO 2026 presentations as it advances Atumelnant toward broader development alongside PALSONIFY.
