Defence Therapeutics Opens New Office in Hamilton to Expand Its Accum Radiopharmaceutical Platform
Defence Therapeutics Inc. opened a new office at McMaster Innovation Park in Hamilton, Ontario, to support expanding radiopharmaceutical research and business development. The Montreal-based biotechnology company (CSE: DTC; OTCQB: DTCFF; FSE: DTC) said the move strengthens its Accum radiopharmaceutical platform work and will help it build new collaborations. Defence framed Hamilton as a growing hub for radiopharmaceutical innovation, citing a regional ecosystem that spans isotope production, discovery, translational research, GMP manufacturing and clinical translation. The company’s chief executive officer, Sébastien Plouffe, said the expansion reflects both corporate growth and increased momentum across its radiopharmaceutical programs. McMaster Innovation Park CEO Dr. Gailene Tobin Vandenheuvel welcomed the company, adding that Defence contributes to scaling innovations in precision oncology.
