Druid AI Expands Enterprise Agentic AI Platform With Voice Enhancements Agent Interoperability & Governance Capabilities
Druid AI announced upgrades to its enterprise “agentic” platform, adding voice capabilities, agent interoperability, governance and evaluation features aimed at moving AI agents from pilots into governed production workflows. The updates will be showcased at Symbiosis 5: Agentic Enterprise in London on October 20, where customers will discuss deploying agents in live operations. Druid CEO Joe Kim said enterprises care less about model talk and more about whether an agent completes tasks, follows rules and delivers results businesses can trust, citing governance, orchestration and auditability built into the platform. The company referenced McKinsey’s State of AI report, where only 37% of respondents reported positive EBIT contribution from AI. Optegra Eye Care’s Viraaj Sharma said Druid’s IRIS completes 75% of NHS cataract pre-operative assessments and manages 45% of first outpatient bookings.
