Fox News' Eric Shawn reacts to 9/11 air quality documents after cancer diagnosis

Fox News senior correspondent Eric Shawn, 69, has revisited 9/11 air-quality records after being diagnosed with cancer. On Sept. 11, 2001—primary day in New York City—Shawn was commuting when he heard American Airlines Flight 11 flying unusually low over Manhattan. He initially believed it could hit 2 Penn Plaza, but realized from nearby TV crews that the plane struck the North Tower of the World Trade Center. Within minutes, he was on air with anchor Jon Scott as United Airlines Flight 175 crashed into the South Tower. Shawn later developed cough and was diagnosed with acute, chronic bronchitis and GERD.
