Global UAV Announces Proposed Acquisition of Nexus Peptide Sciences Inc.

Global UAV Technologies Ltd. (CSE: UAV) (OTC Pink: YRLLF) (FSE: 1OZ) announced it has entered a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) dated July 27, 2026 with Nexus Peptide Sciences Inc. under which Global UAV would acquire all outstanding securities of Nexus. Nexus is a private biotechnology company based in Vancouver developing peptide formulations and next-generation delivery systems aimed at improving stability, absorption and practical use across metabolic health, recovery and longevity. The LOI is subject to due diligence and further negotiations, with the company aiming to complete a definitive agreement by August 31, 2026. The transaction is expected to be reviewed and approved by the Canadian Securities Exchange as a Fundamental Change.
