The award is part of the annual Bharat Mahotsav hosted by the Confluence Foundation in New Delhi, and the London event was hosted by Lord Raj Loomba. The attendance included Odisha Deputy Chief Minister Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and His Highness Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, alongside event founders and curators Dr. Amitabh Shrivastav and Dr. Smita Shrivastav.
