Las Vegas hosts former Pro Bowl running back for workout ahead of training camp
Miles Sanders, the 2022 Pro Bowl running back, worked out with the Las Vegas Raiders on Monday, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler. The session came a day before the veterans report to training camp on Tuesday, July 28, and four days after rookies arrived on July 23. Sanders, 29, has played for four teams in seven seasons. Drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2019, he made the Pro Bowl after rushing for 1,269 yards and 11 TDs in his final season in Philly. After declining production, he signed a four-year, $25.4 million deal with the Carolina Panthers in 2023, but injuries and performance issues led to his release. He then joined the Dallas Cowboys for the 2024 season on a one-year veteran-minimum deal, playing four games for 147 scrimmage yards and one touchdown.
