Two people died after a shooting and subsequent vehicle crash in south Seattle early Saturday morning, according to Seattle police. Dispatchers received 911 calls at about 2:40 a.m. reporting a crash on Martin Luther King Jr. Way S. at S. Graham St. Fire department crews arrived before police and found the crashed vehicle, then discovered that both a man and a woman inside had been shot. Medics provided first aid. The woman was later pronounced dead at the scene, and the man was transported to Harborview Medical Center in critical condition, where doctors also pronounced him deceased. Homicide Unit detectives are investigating, and no arrests have been made.
