In Sao Paulo on Saturday, Milei launched Flavio’s run, calling Lula a “convict,” describing the Brazilian government as “thieving socialists,” and saying only the conservative candidate can “stop Lula.” The two nations’ diplomatic ties are virtually nonexistent.
