Flowra and Honeypot Partner to Bring Sanctions Screening Directly to Solana Block Building

Flowra, a Solana validator and orderflow infrastructure platform, has partnered with compliance provider Honeypot to embed sanctions and risk screening into Solana block building. The integration ties Honeypot’s compliance intelligence into Flowra’s Programmable Block Policy (PBP), allowing institutional validators to set rules that determine which transactions and bundles can be included. The initial focus is sanctions-related checks, including wallet addresses tied to sanctioned entities, and network indicators such as VPNs, proxies, and Tor exit nodes—used to account for an estimated 31–61% of traffic arriving via network obfuscation. Each validator controls its own policy, and additional compliance providers may be supported later.
