Fundraiser for family of Noah Woods nears £15,000 after tragic discovery

A fundraiser for the family of three-year-old Noah Woods has raised nearly £15,000 in less than 24 hours following the tragic discovery of the child’s body in Suffolk. Noah went missing on Tuesday, September 15, in Brantham, near Manningtree on the Essex-Suffolk border, after running down an alleyway near Merriam Close and becoming separated from a relative at a playground. The search involved hundreds of volunteers and emergency services, including specialist dive teams from the Metropolitan Police. On Wednesday afternoon, Suffolk Police confirmed a body was found in Decoy Pond, a fishing lake near where Noah was last seen. Donations reached £14,995 by 7:47am Thursday, surpassing an initial £1,000 target, and police urged privacy for the family.
