Former wedding venue Harrison’s Hall in Flintshire is set to go to auction next month, with a guide price of £395,000. The Grade II listed 18th-century property sits on about 5.5 acres of landscaped grounds and includes 11 en-suite bedrooms, a 200-capacity conference and banqueting suite, a kitchen, a bar, a large conservatory dining area and a manager’s apartment. Planning permission has been granted to develop an additional 32 bedrooms. Harrison’s Hall reopened in April 2023 after the former Plas Hafod hotel closed; Cappacavella Leisure Ltd operated it before shutting again in March 2025. The site has previously been listed for £750,000.
