Hilton Honors Members Can Now Use Their Points for Luxury Cruises -- Here's What the New Partnership Includes
Hilton is expanding its Hilton Honors loyalty program to the luxury cruise market through a new partnership with Explora Journeys, part of the MSC Group. Beginning July 8, 2025, members can earn and redeem Hilton points on Explora ocean cruises. Hilton said nearly 61% of its members plan to take a cruise in the next two years, aligning the move with demand. The timing matches the debut of Explora III on July 23. Hilton points earn rates are 10 points per U.S. dollar on fares, and members receive 5% off all Explora voyages. Points can be used toward sailings and also count toward Hilton Honors elite status, with perks increasing by tier. Explora ships carry about 900 guests, with itineraries across the Mediterranean, northern Europe and the Caribbean, competing with brands such as Silversea, Seabourn, and the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection.
