A TikTok creator, Andy (@andyluisz), described a sudden breakup that began with a goodbye kiss before a girlfriend’s exam at Florida International University and ended with her disappearing from their shared home. Andy said the next step was unanswered messages and repeated calls from her mother, including one asking whether they’d argued. He later learned she had left with minimal belongings, abandoning her phone and car. Her phone was found on their bed with an unfinished message saying she needed to “find myself.” Months later, Andy said she posted from a cruise with her ex-boyfriend. He has not received an explanation and says the lack of closure drove long-term trust issues.
