On the night of July 30, 2026, Russian forces launched another major combined strike against Ukraine using attack drones and a mix of air-, land-, and sea-based missiles, the Air Force Command’s press centre said via Censor.NET. The main targets were Kyiv and Lviv, with additional hits reported in Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Vinnytsia, Poltava, Mykolaiv and Ivano-Frankivsk. Electronic warfare units detected 358 air-attack weapons: 4 Zircon/Onyx anti-ship missiles, 9 Iskander-M/S-400/KN-23 ballistic missiles, 61 Kh-101/Kalibr cruise missiles and 284 Shahed-type UAVs plus decoys including Gerber, Italmas and “Parodiya”. By 9:00 a.m., air defenses had shot down or suppressed 320 targets—55 missiles and 265 drones. Preliminary reporting also lists impacts at 20 locations from three anti-ship missiles, six ballistic missiles and two cruise missiles, plus 17 attack UAVs, with debris found at 13 sites. The Air Force warned the attack was ongoing and urged people to follow air-raid alerts.
