Real Madrid club icon is suddenly being linked with AC Milan after months without a club

Dani Carvajal, the 34-year-old Real Madrid right-back, has been offered to several Serie A clubs after leaving Real Madrid last summer, but there are no reports yet of concrete negotiations. Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano said multiple Italian teams were approached with the chance to sign the former club stalwart on a free transfer. Mundo Deportivo has named AC Milan as a possible destination, citing Carvajal’s experience and the fact that he would not require a transfer fee. Still, Romano reported no clear interest from Milan at this stage. Carvajal made 450 official appearances and won 27 trophies over 23 years at Real Madrid, and he has no intention of ending his career, waiting for a sporting project he wants to buy into.
