Townhouse opens sale of 59 lots for more than £9.1m

A townhouse auction in Norwich and nearby towns kicked off with strong results after selling 59 lots for more than £9.1 million in total. The first deal, a three-bedroom end-of-terrace property at 2 Talbot Square, Norwich, was guided at £140,000 to £160,000 and sold for £175,000. In the city centre, Erpingham House at 22 Tombland, a vacant Grade II listed commercial building of about 3,853 sq ft across five floors, sold for £350,000 after a £325,000 guide. Land also outperformed expectations: a 0.93-acre parcel off Mill Road in Foxley, Dereham, sold for £105,000 against a £20,000–£30,000 range.
