Triple J launches new podcast channel Triple J Talks

Triple J has launched a new podcast hub, Triple J Talks, bringing together existing shows and new titles under the ABC network. The channel, launched today, hosts Triple J’s established podcast The Hook Up alongside special episodes of Science with Dr Karl and Hack. It also expands the lineup with ABC podcast The Grill and two new additions. The first episode of a new series called The Slop will drop this Friday, 28 August, with episodes every Friday afterward, and features Triple J’s Jack James, Lena Tuck and Michael Sun exploring online internet culture. In late September, Abby & Tyrone will move beyond the Breakfast show with a new podcast every Friday morning. Triple J says the expansion targets young audiences across Australia, with ABC Podcasts involved in production.
