AST SpaceMobile vs. First Majestic Silver: Which Industrials Stock Is a Better Buy in 2026?

AST SpaceMobile Inc. and First Majestic Silver Corp. represent two very different ways to play 2026 growth: satellite connectivity versus silver and gold production. ASTS has built plans to connect standard smartphones directly to satellites, working with nearly 60 mobile network operators, including AT&T and Verizon. In FY 2025, revenue rose to about $70.9 million from $4.4 million, but the company reported a net loss of nearly $342 million and free cash flow was worse than -$1.1 billion. By contrast, First Majestic runs four producing underground mines in Mexico and also sells bullion retail. FY 2025 revenue topped $1.2 billion, up about 128%, with net income around $161 million and roughly 13% net margin.
