California authorities disclosed penalties totaling more than 100,000 dollars for years of illegal fishing tied to unlicensed vessels and the sale of sport caught bluefin tuna and yellowtail. The restaurant’s managers, Conner Mitchell and Taylor Grant, ran Dudley Market through Dudley Street Oyster Bar and Shark Bite Fish Co., with Cody Martin supplying the fish via a commercial vessel.
