Danish trade show CIFF tests showroom format in Paris
The Danish trade show CIFF is testing a Paris showroom format this season, moving beyond its usual twice-yearly Copenhagen schedule to present 20 Scandinavian labels. The initiative follows similar efforts in Florence at Pitti Uomo and during Milan Fashion Week. CIFF’s Paris venue will operate until June 28 in the Marais district, inside a former atelier converted into a bright showroom at 135 rue du Temple. During Paris Fashion Week, the neighborhood attracts international buyers, creating a targeted setting for CIFF’s brands. On the ground floor, Rain is debuting women’s ready-to-wear outerwear and Tretorn is showcasing all-weather shoes and sneakers, including new models. Woodbird has opened a noodles bar at the site, while denim specialist Gabba, founded in 1983, is presenting a Spring/Summer 2027 collection. Opera Sport and other labels are featured upstairs, with Opera Sport available at Galeries Lafayette.
