Dow Jones slumps as Fed keeps rates steady

Procter & Gamble missed revenue estimates in its fourth quarter but beat profit forecasts; shares fell more than 3% on flat organic sales. Ford beat second-quarter profit expectations and lifted full-year guidance, sending shares up more than 5% premarket.
