German defence tech firm ARX Robotics enters Polish market
xCruzo Brief
ARX Robotics, a German defense technology company, said it is expanding into Poland by opening a local subsidiary and planning investments in a “double-digit million euro” range. The move is aimed at building a presence closer to NATO’s eastern flank. Backed by the NATO Innovation Fund, the firm plans to set up permanent headquarters in Poland and add training, maintenance, and technical support facilities. Over the coming years, ARX says it will work with Poland’s armed forces, the government, and the domestic defense industry to explore deployment, production, and long-term support for autonomous ground systems. ARX’s uncrewed vehicles are already used by Ukrainian forces and other European militaries.
