Julia Jacklin announces new album, shares "Get Away From Me (I Think I'll Love You Soon)"

Julia Jacklin has announced a new album titled The Gem, set for release September 25 via 4AD. It is her first album with the label, and she co-produced the project with Robert Muinos and recorded it in Melbourne. Jacklin describes the process as digging in the dark, trusting she will uncover something meaningful. The lead single, Get Away From Me (I Think I'll Love You Soon), arrives with a video release. The Gem contains ten tracks and will be accompanied by a substantial tour across North America and Europe. Track list includes Brand New, God Sometimes, If I Had The Hand Of God, The Hardest Thing, Angel Vision, Real Life, Get Away From Me (I Think I'll Love You Soon), You Turned On The Tap, Walk On Me, and I Wish featuring The Maes. The tour launches in June 2026 with European dates in Dublin, Brighton, London, Liverpool and Nottingham, followed by North American shows in October and November including Brooklyn on the 19th. Additional dates span the US, Canada and Europe, with 2027 stops in the UK, Ireland and continental Europe.
