Lisa Armstrong severs her last tie with ex Ant McPartlin
Lisa Armstrong’s sale of her west London marital home marks the final severance of ties with Ant McPartlin, as she accepts a £3.2 million offer on the five-bedroom property. The mansion, bought in 2006 for £2.3 million, was valued at about £7–£8 million but suffered a September 2023 fire that reduced its worth by more than half and caused more than £1 million in damages. The house features an 80-foot south-facing garden with a garden studio, plus a gym, games room, cinema and bar area, and was awarded to Armstrong in a £31 million divorce settlement in 2020 after the couple split in 2017. She has since moved nearby. Ant McPartlin married Anne-Marie Corbett in 2021, and their son Wilder Patrick was born in May 2024. The sale comes after the May 2024 listing at £4 million was lowered following the fire, and the property is now under contract.
