Nano Park completes at Skipton - Place Yorkshire
Nano Park completes at Skipton—Place Yorkshire reports that Ilkley-based Atkinson Associates is marketing the new units at Snaygill Industrial Estate. The development spans 9,000 sq ft and marks the fourth scheme from the Bradford-based developer after an 18-month delay tied to problems with Northern Power Grid. The scheme comprises five units of 1,760 sq ft each, combining 50% workshop space on the ground floor with office space upstairs, following the same Nano Park model used in Bradford, Wakefield, and Armley. Located on the A629, the estate is one mile south of Skipton town centre near the Skipton Bypass and the A59. The company says the units feature roller-shutter ground access, air-source heat pumps, and pre-fitted gigabit-capable fibre broadband, aiming to serve startups and small trades. Nano Park Company directors expect up to 50 jobs created on site and credit the model’s prior full occupancy in other cities for enabling expansion to Skipton.
