OpenAI Coming for Intuit Next?

OpenAI has begun integrating a personal finance experience into ChatGPT for U.S. Pro subscribers, enabling users to see dashboards of spending and upcoming payments once linked to financial accounts. The move emerges as OpenAI notes more than 200 million people frequently seek financial answers in ChatGPT, highlighting a potential threat to Intuit, whose revenue growth slowed to about 10% last quarter and whose stock has roughly halved in 2026. OpenAI indicates Intuit support is coming soon for the feature, following a multiyear collaboration to embed Intuit-powered apps inside ChatGPT, with Intuit paying over $100 million for access to OpenAI’s models.
