A Beverly Hills estate once owned by infomercial pioneer Ron Popeil is on the market for $25 million, Realtor.com reported. The Popeil Estate at 1672 Waynecrest Drive is being listed five years after Popeil’s death in 2021, with Carolwood Estates agents Linda May and Drew Fenton handling the sale. Popeil and his wife Robin bought the property in 2002 for $7.5 million. Designed by architect Jack Warner and built in 1995 for Peter Morton, co-founder of Hard Rock Cafe, the home covers 14,600 square feet on a 2.3-acre gated lot. It has eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, extensive car storage, a commercial kitchen, screening room, gym, wine cellar for 600+ bottles, gardens, lawn, and a pool. The asking price equals $1,712 per square foot.
